This site is operated by NADIR COLLECTIVE LTD, trading as Habibi Lads. NADIR COLLECTIVE LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. References to "we," "us," "our," and "Habibi Lads" in these terms mean NADIR COLLECTIVE LTD.
What this site is.
habibilads.com is an informational site. Joining the early-access list does not constitute a booking. No payment is taken, no contract is formed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Bookings for Habibi Lads trips open on 1 June 2026. From that date, when you book a trip you enter into a separate booking agreement with NADIR COLLECTIVE LTD. The booking agreement (including deposit terms, cancellation policy, force majeure, and our obligations to you) will be presented to you at the point of booking and is the document that governs the trip itself.
Deposit terms (effective from 1 June 2026).
The booking deposit is $500 USD per guest. The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to a future Habibi Lads trip if your plans change, subject to availability of the future trip.
One exception: if you pay the deposit and the full remaining balance within 24 hours of booking, your deposit is treated like any other payment, and you follow the standard cancellation tiers with no separate deposit retained. We offer this because there is no single pay-everything-at-once link, so paying in full in two steps should not cost you the option of a full refund.
The remaining balance is paid in two further instalments before the trip (180 days and 90 days before departure). The full payment schedule, cancellation terms, and our obligations to you are set out in the booking agreement presented when you book.
Intellectual property.
The Habibi Lads name, logo, site design, and original text are owned by NADIR COLLECTIVE LTD. Some images on this site are ours; others are used with permission from our partners and suppliers, such as accommodation providers and excursion operators, and remain the property of their respective owners.
You may share individual pages by link. You may not republish or reproduce content from this site without written permission from the relevant owner.
Limitations.
We try to keep this site accurate, but we don't guarantee that every detail is current. Trip details, pricing, and availability are subject to change before a booking is made. The booking agreement at the point of booking is the controlling document for any trip you book.
